1. Description of Service

LiveSellingJobs provides an online platform that connects individuals seeking job opportunities as live sellers ("Sellers") with companies, brands, and agencies ("Companies"). Features include profile creation, job posting, searching, and communication.

2. User Accounts & Conduct

You must register for an account to use our Service and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You’re responsible for your password and account activity. You agree not to post false, unlawful, or harmful content, and not to harass or abuse others.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to LiveSellingJobs.

License to Us: By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use your content solely to operate and promote the Service. We do not sell your data.

4. Fees and Payments

Sellers can access the platform for free, but Companies may pay for additional features such as "Featured Job Listings." All fees are clearly disclosed when purchasing.

5. Ratings and Reviews

Sellers and Companies can rate each other after interviews or completed jobs. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on direct experiences. We may remove reviews that violate our rules.

6. Dispute Resolution

Between Users: We are not a party to agreements between Sellers and Companies. While we may voluntarily mediate, responsibility lies with the parties involved.

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations such as fraud, harassment, or misuse. Upon termination, access to the Service immediately ceases.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

LiveSellingJobs is a platform and not an employer, agent, or representative. Agreements, payments, and transactions are solely between users. We are not responsible for damages or losses arising from the use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service confirms acceptance of revised Terms.
